Ken Kruger is President of the
Healthcare Human Resources Consulting Consortium, LLC an association of respected professionals specializing in Human Resources and Labor Relations management. Mr. Kruger has a distinguished reputation as a consensus builder, visionary, strategic planner, creative problem solver and skillful negotiator. |
During his tenure as Vice President, Human Resources and Labor Relations ,at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, Mr. Kruger was the chief spokesperson in the negotiation of numerous collective bargaining agreements. Key among his many accomplishments were the successful implementation of incentive pay programs in a unionized environment, design of a cost effective flexible benefits program and establishment of an award winning wellness program that resulted in a revenue producing corporate product.
Highly regarded in his field, Mr. Kruger has held trusteeships in a number of union benefit funds and leadership positions in a wide range of professional associations, including as past president of the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration (A.S.H.H.R.A.). He holds a MS degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology and a MBA in Health Services Administration from Wagner College in New York, and is recipient of both the A.S.H.H.R.A. Distinguished Service Award and Chapter Contribution Award.
He is also a Certified Mediator.
He has presented at various seminars nationwide and written extensively in the field of Human Resources and Labor Relations.
